A CHRISTIAN PRE-TRIAL SURVEY
Designed by the Holy Spirit through

 Rev. John S. Torell
Pastor of Resurrection Life of Jesus Church, Sacramento, California
President of European-American Evangelistic Crusades, Inc.

The Bible tells us that all Christians must appear before the JUDGMENT SEAT OF CHRIST (2 Corinthians 5:10) which will take place in heaven. At this time each believer in Christ will be examined by Jesus Christ, who will preside as the Supreme Judge. No appeals will be allowed. All judgments are final and eternal. I Corinthians 3:11-15

On earth there are always pre-trial conferences, where the judge, attorneys, prosecutor and the defendant meet to see if something can be worked out, or if the defendant must face a full court proceeding.

God has provided a similar procedure for the believers in Christ - I Cor 11:27-33. The problem Is that most of us never see any flaws in ourselves, yet, we have no difficulty finding fault with our brothers and sisters in Christ - Matthew 7:1-5

Wise people want feed back from others, so they can become wiser still.

Proverbs 9:6-12

The people who know you the best are the ones closest to you. If you are a child, your parents and siblings would be the ones who can really testify as to what kind of a Christian you are. If you are married, your spouse and children would know you the best. If you are single, you should check with your family, friends and people you work for and with. 1Timothy 3:1-13

Here are some questions to ask the people around you:

1. Do I manifest the LOVE OF GOD in my life? I Corinthians 13:1-8

2. Am I a forgiving Christian, willing to forgive and forget? Matt.6:14-15;

Mark 11:25-26

3. Am I a cheerful Christian, who praises God, or am I a COMPLAINER?

Numbers 11:1-20; Jude 16

4. Do I radiate faith in God or unbelief? Hebrews 11:1-6

5. Do people see Jesus in me? John 13:1-17

6. Do I manifest the works of the flesh? Galations 5:19-21

7. Do I manifest the fruit of the Holy Spirit? Galations 5:22-25

8. Do I have integrity in my life, or do people think that I lie from time to time? Matthew 5:33-37; Revelation 21:8; 22:15; 1 John 1:4-7

9. If there is a crisis situation, would you trust me with your life?

Luke 22:17-34

Use this list and ask people around you how they see you! Be willing to be corrected so that when your time comes to stand before the JUDGMENT SEAT OF CHRIST, there will be no charges against you.  Isaiah 1:16-20
