IS IT IMPORTANT TO BE THANKFUL TO GOD?

The apostle Paul warns us that in the last day’s people shall become unthankful. 2 Timothy 3:1-5

Lucifer was not thankful. He was not content with how God had created him and the position he had been given. Isaiah 14:12-15

Satan tried to set Jesus up to become discontent and rebel against God! Matthew 4:1-11

A TRUE MAN OR WOMAN OF GOD IS ALWAYS THANKFUL, CONTENT AND SATISFIED WITH WHAT GOD HAS DONE IN THEIR LIVES!

It was the secret of Daniel. King Nebuchadnezzar was given a dream from God Himself, that no man could know except the king and God. Daniel 2:1-12

God had a plan, to bring Daniel into a leadership position: verses 13-18
When God revealed the dream to Daniel, he broke forth into praise: verses 19-23
With confidence Daniel approached his executioner: verses 24-25
Daniel used this occasion to bring praise and glory to God: verses 26-30
Then Daniel told the king the dream and the interpretation: verses 31-45
The result was that the pagan king Nebudchadnezzar accepted the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob as his God! Verses 46-49

It was the secret of King David! 2 Samuel 22:1-51

God is our creator WE ARE MADE TO HIS SPECIFICATION! Romans 9:13-23
Each person who has been born again has been chosen by God! Romans 8:28-31
We should be greatly thankful for our Salvation, the Holy Spirit, the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, the healing that is available to all believers in Christ, and most of all, that we are joint heirs with Jesus Christ.  
Romans 8:14-18

Let us forever reject the spirit of Lucifer and move into the Spirit of God, by showing our gratitude to the Lord. Let us obey the last commandment that God gave Moses on the mountain. Exodus 20:17

Let us break forth into true PRAISE AND THANKSGIVING, not just once a year, but every day in our lives. Psalm 30:1-12
