PASTORS OUTLINE IMPLEMENTING THE CHRISTIAN FAITH
March 7,1999 The apostle
Paul likens a Christian to a soldier, who has enlisted in the
army Of God. Most Christians have never been through BASIC TRAINING and many Christians who have been trained by the Holy Spirit and combat experienced Christian drill sergeants, (Ephesians 4:11-16) melt at the first encounter with the enemy. Instead of picking up their SPIRITUAL WEAPONS and wasting the enemy, they are overcome and taken PRISONERS OF WAR! James 3:14-16 Our WEAPONS OF
WARFARE are listed for us in: Ephesians 6:10-18 As soldiers in Christ we are to fight (engage) the enemy under the following conditions. REJECT THE SPIRIT OF OFFENSE! Matthew 24:10 FORGIVE OTHERS! Mark 11:25-26 HAVE FAITH IN GOD! Hebrews 11:1-6; Mark 11:22-24 HAVE THE MIND OF CHRIST! NO CONFUSION! 1Corinthians 2:12-16 REJECT THE SPIRIT OF FEAR! 2Timothy 1: 6-7 RADIATE THE LOVE OF GOD - NOT BEING SELFISH! 1Peter 2:11-23, 4:12-16 RECEIVING THE JOY OF THE LORD! Philippeans 4:4-8, 13, 19 Now you are ready to attack (engage) the enemy and take back what he has stolen from God. PRAY FOR THE SICK - Matthew 10:1, 7-8 ARE YOU "A DUD" (NON-FUNCTIONING, ONE WHO HAS NO
POWER) CHRISTIAN OR A GENUINE COMBAT SOLDIER OF JESUS CHRIST WHO
IS FEARED BY THE DEMONS? The choice is yours! James
