JESUS IS
COMING
April 4, 1999
On a dark Wednesday some
1,973 years ago Jesus was crucified outside the city of
Jerusalem.
Matthew 27:22-50
His disciples were crushed, they could not remember that Jesus
told them that he was going to pay for the sins of all people, Matthew 12:38-42: 16:20-21
THE RESURRECTION was the first stop in the Second Coming
of Christ: Matthew 28:1-7;
Mark 16:1-8;
Luke 24:1-12; John 20:1-18
Without THE RESURRECTION OF JESUS, there is NO
SALVATION! Acts 4:1-14
The entire Christian faith
is built upon the following pillars:
1. The virgin birth of Jesus
- Luke 1:26-37
2. That Jesus is the Son of God, who lived a sinless life on this
earth - Matthew 3:11-17 John 1:19-36
3. That Jesus paid for all men's sins on the cross - Hebrews
9:11-26
4. To be saved from sins, a human being must be born again -John
3:1-8
This new birth can only take place when a human being by faith
believes that these pillars are true, and in faith repents and
believes - Romans 10:6-13
120 men and women believed
all of this, and had the joy of walking with the risen Christ for
40 days.
Acts 4:1-8
43 days after the crucifixion the disciples saw with their own
eyes Jesus ascending up into the heavens - Acts 1:9-11
Seven days later they were all baptized in the Holy Spirit - Acts
2:1-4
THE CHURCH OF JESUS
CHRIST HAD BEEN BORN - Acts 2:37-47
Some day Jesus is going to
come back end put an end to this earth – 2 Peter 3:1-13
It will be after the MARRIAGE FEAST OF THE LAMB - Revelation
19:1-21
The Devil shall be bound - Revelation 20:1-3
Following will be the 1000 years kingdom - Revelation 20:4-6
Then shall the Devil be let lose for the last time - verses 7-9
Then comes the ultimate end of this time period, including an end
to the entire universe. Verses 10-15
Then shall the new creation life begin for the people who were
saved – Revelation 21:1-7, and the AWFUL ETERNAL LIFE IN THE
LAKE OF FIRE for those who rejected God's salvation in Christ
Jesus!

Where are you going? Is your
reservation ready that will give you access to God and His new
creation, or do you have a reserved cell in the Lake of Fire?
Each person must make a
choice in this life, once you die it is too late. Hebrews
9:27
