ARE YOU A
FAITHFUL PERSON?

Despite the fact that most
Christians understand that they should not lie, many Christians
are constantly walking in lies and not understanding it. Every
time that you break a promise that you have given, you have
become a LIAR! Exodus 20:16
Before you give a promise,
make sure that you shall be able to keep it. If you realize
before you make the promise, that you might not be able to keep
It, STATE THIS TRUTH AND TELL PEOPLE THAT YOU CANNOT GIVE A
PROMISE AT THIS TIME. Matthew 5:33-37; James 5:12
The Bible tells us that God
is faithful. Why is God faithful?
God is faithful, because he
does not change and he keeps his covenants forever.
There is only one God - Isaiah 45:18-25
His counsel shall stand - Isaiah 46:9-11
God will not break his word - Isaiah 55:6-11
It is impossible for God to lie - Hebrews 6:13-20
God is light and there is no darkness in him 1 John 1:5-7
Jesus Christ is the some forever - Hebrews 13:8
When God forgives sins, he
will remember them no more - Psalms 103:1-13
COVENANT - AGREEMENT
Definition: A binding and solemn agreement made by two or
more individuals.
Examples: marriage, written or spoken promises, business deals,
loans etc.
God has decreed in his Word, that man may not break a covenant -
Numbers 30:1-2 When an individual or a nation is not keeping
covenants, there are severe consequences. Daniel 9:8-13
FAITHFUL MEN AND WOMEN
OF GOD
Regardless of circumstances Abel was faithful to God -
Hebrews 11:1-4
Enoch kept walking with God - verse 5-6
Noah kept building on his arch and preaching at the some time -
v.7
Abraham did not waiver in his mission v.8-10
Sarah kept her part in believing she was going to have a son -
v.11
Nehemiah kept building until he was finished - Nehemiah 6:1-13
They all died in faith not having seen the end result - BUT
FAITHFUL TO THE LAST BREATH!
Hebrews 11:13-16
ONLY FAITHFUL MEN
AND WOMEN OF GOD WALKING IN INTEGRITY CAN DO THE WORK OF GOD, AS
COMMANDED BY JESUS! Matthew 28:18-20
When the sinner/publican
Zacchaeus met Jesus, there was no hesitation, no hold backs, only
one desire TO PLEASE GOD! Luke 19:1-9
