REVIVAL OR HELL FOR THE UNBELIEVERS?
PART SIX

According to 1997 statistics, the birth rate for the United States per day stood at 10,636 babies, and the death rate stood at 6,323 persons. The statistics for the whole world was 380,821 babies born per day and 145,205 death per day. 53 million people die every year. How many of these are born again Christians? Isaiah 5:11-14

SPIRITUAL BLINDNESS
The Devil and his fallen angels are working 24 hours per day to make sure that the knowledge of hell and the Lake of Fire shall be taken away from all people. Revelation 12:7-17; 20:7-15

Some born again Christians have knowledge of this. But  few  know  that GOD HIMSELF, AS PUNISHMENT FOR SINS, HAS CLOSED THE UNDERSTANDING OF SOME PEOPLE, AND EVEN IF THEY WANT TO REPENT, THEY CANNOT!

HOW TO PRAY FOR A REVIVAL
Daniel was a man of integrity, which he displayed in his youth - Daniel 1:8-14

God worked his part - verses 15-21, Daniel continued as an advisor and leader in Babylon for 61 years.

God continued to prepare Daniel to grow spiritually. SPIRITUAL GROWTH ONLY TAKES PLACE IN A CRISIS SITUATION! When Daniel was faced with a death sentence, he responded with prayer. Daniel 2:1-18

Again God responded with an answer - verse 19

Daniel responded with praise and worship to God - verses 20-23

Then Daniel approached the king with confidence, revealed the dream in such a way, that the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob was mightily glorified! Verses 24-45

The result brought a spiritual awakening to the king - verses 46-49

The next crisis was the burning fiery furnace - Daniel 3:1-30

Daniel had to proclaim judgment on the king - Daniel 4:10-37

Daniel had to proclaim judgment upon the king’s son - Daniel 5:1-31

After all these victories, came the most UNFAIR AND HARDEST TESTING EVER, facing the lions in the lions’ den. Daniel 6:1-18

Again God proved the impossible, not so much to the king as to Daniel - verses 19-22

Again it brought a spiritual awakening to king Darius - verses 23-28

Over the years God gave Daniel a series of visions, concerning the end times. But it was in the latter years of his life, that it was the PRAYER AND FASTING that moved God’s hand to return the remnant of Judah and Benjamin to Jerusalem. How was it done? Through prayer and fasting! Daniel 9:1-20

The angel Gabriel told Daniel that he was beloved - verse 21-23; then he was given the understanding of the vision - verses 24-27

But the actual exodus of God’s people was delayed, and once again Daniel took on the hostile forces of Satan in prayer - Daniel 10:1-21

Is prayer important to you? Do you have a desire to pray? Do you know how to pray?

Are you willing to learn how to pray? Do you only pray in a time of need? Are you burdened for the lost? Do you care if they go to heaven or hell?

Prayer begins with PRAISE AND THANKSGIVING. Then we present our petitions. From here we move into intercession, followed by spiritual warfare prayer.
