PEOPLE Each human being is exposed to "HARD MIND PROGRAMMING" through our years in public schools, including college and post graduate studies. "SOFT MIND PROGRAMMING" is done through commercials, reading newspapers, magazines, books, TV programs, music and motion pictures. Romans 8:5-8 Each Christian should ask the following questions: 1. Why do I dress the way I do? 2. Why do I groom myself the way I do? 3. Why do I eat the way I do? 4. Why do I think the way I do? 5. Who gave me my current belief system? 6. Where did I learn the moral system I believe in? Is my value system from God as written in the Bible, or have I picked up a carnal human value system, induced by the Devil? Romans 8:9-17 Manasseh was 12 years old when he became a king. He made a choice to do evil. 2 Kings 21:1-7 His son, Amon, was 22 years old when he became a king, and he became evil like his father. Verses 19-26 Josiah, grandson of Manasseh was 8 years old when he became a king. As a child, he made the choice to seek God. 2 Kings 22:1-2 At the age of 16 he began to deeply seek God - 2 Chronicles 34:3-7 He began by restoring the temple - 2
Kings 22:3-7 The priest found the Torah when Josiah was 26 years old - verse 8 When Josiah heard the Word of God read, he was crushed - verses 9-13 He wanted a prophetic word from God - verses 14-20 Josiah then had the Word of God read to the people - 2 Kings 23:1-3 Then started the spiritual clean up - verses 4-20 Once the nation had become clean, it was time for worship - verses 21-25 How to prepare ourselves before the Lord: 1.
