It is Christ in us who gives us the strength to face the world, who gives us faith, joy and power! Colossians 1:26-27

However, this does not relieve man of his responsibility, which is TO MAKE CORRECT DECISIONS!  Decisions have to be made at all times, every moment of our lives. Each decision must be made by the person himself.  The Holy Spirit will guide us, but He will not make the decision for us! 

[God made us as free moral agents.  We are responsible for our decisions and actions and are accountable to God ... Editor]

1. Let us stop blaming God for our temptations, and instead confess that the temptations are coming from our sinful desires, and amplified by the demons.  James 1:13-16

With every temptation God will give us a way out - 1Corinthians 10:13

2. There is a difference between trials and temptations, and this is brought out in the following verses:

                TRIALS - James 1:1-4; 12  -- This is a time of REJOICING! 1 Peter 2:11-23

                Most people know only to bitterly complain about their circumstances.

                WHEN WE ARE REJOICING IN OUR TRIALS WE ARE PRAISING GOD!

                WHEN WE ARE COMPLAINING OVER OUR TRIALS WE ARE PRAISING SATAN!

                Praise and worship is a must for each Christian! Philippians 4:4-13
                (I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me...Verse 13).

                Praise and worship to the Lord comes from a decision in the mind of the man!  In the most                                 excruciating pain, Job made the right decision!  Job 2:7-10

3. We are not to err! James 1:16 A decision must be made to follow the spirit of truth or the spirit of error. 1 John 4:1-6

4. Everything good is from God -- James 1:16-18; all evil is from Satan --  James 3:13-16

5. You cannot be a hearer only; you must make the decision to BE A DOER!  James 1:19-27

                It can be summed up in these word: LOVE ONE ANOTHER!  1 John 4:7-16

                Perfect love drives out all fear!  1 John 4:17-21

                God’s love is PURE!  James 3:17-18

The big question is this? Are you going to be a hearer only, or a doer ???? Matthew 13:13-23
