EVIL SPIRITS WORKING IN SECRECY

So you have been through deliverance and after being delivered from turmoil and unrest you felt so light, so free and empty of all ugliness. But as the days go by, it seems like unseen cob webs are stretched around you and your joy level is going down. Your loved ones are telling you that they see no change, you are just as nasty as ever and your deliverance did not take. Demons are whispering to you that God does not love you and that there is no hope for you. Have you lost your deliverance? NO! But the Devil is contesting your freedom and trying to bind you up again. Let us now look upon some of the spirits (not the same as were cast out of you) Satan is sending to snare you again.

The spirit of Fear is the most difficult to detect, because it works in such a  subtle and quiet way that a person is totally unaware that Fear is operating under the surface. It’s like a hidden cancer, not until the cancer has deeply penetrated the human tissues, does it show up in severe pain and great discomfort.

        God is love - 1 John 4:7-12 Satan is fear, destruction and death - John 10:10

        God is truth - John 4:23-24 Satan is the author of all lies - John 8:44

        God is light - 1John 1:4-7 Satan is darkness - Colossians 1:9-14

A person becomes fearful because he did not receive "THE PERFECT LOVE" as a child, therefore as an adult that person will not be able to give or receive love without fear.

      When you have SHAME - you have FEAR

                When you feel UNWORTHY - you have FEAR

                When you feel GUILTY - you have FEAR

                                When you feel CONDEMNED - you have FEAR

                                                When you have SELF-CONDEMNATION - you have FEAR

People with fear can be givers, but they stubbornly REFUSE TO RECEIVE LOVE AND HELP FROM OTHER PEOPLE! The spirit of Pride is the strongman backing up the spirit of Fear. This is a great sin! You expect others to receive from you, but you are" too good" to receive from others! Jesus condemned this sin! John 13:4-8.

Look how the Holy Spirit operated in the early church - Acts 4:31-37.

A controlling person is a person filled with Fear. Fear of losing something will have a powerful grip on a person! This includes fear of losing respect, integrity, face, influence, etc. Jesus addressed this problem in Luke 9:23-26.

Fear of FAILURE is devastating upon a human being. Since mankind is in a fallen state, there will always be deficiencies. Before we master something, there will always be a number or tries that will fail. But through prayer and faith in God, we can break through if we faint not. Galatians 6:7-10.

A person who does not make any mistakes, is a person who is sitting on the sidelines, criticizing everybody, but never lifting a finger to help anyone out. This makes the person feel safe, but this person will never amount to anything. A person who is not afraid of failure, will become a successful person, because he will learn by his mistakes and use them as stepping stones. Through Christ we can do all things . . . . Philippians 4:13 and 19.

Fear of ABANDONMENT will have a crippling effect on a person. This spirit usually attacks children and women, but men are not immune to this demon. This spirit attacked Jesus Christ, himself, in his last moments on the cross before he gave up his life and died. Matthew 27:46-50. This was the last attempt of the Devil to derail Jesus and destroy him!

A wife who is uncertain of her husband’s love, will have this kind of fear, and lash out against other people in fear, driven by the spirit of Jealousy, Inferiority and Insecurity.

The Principality of Fear commands a host of spirits under him, for example, specializing in Fear of Death, Fear of Success, all Phobia spirits from dogs and other animals, spiders and insects in general, heights, the dark, water, flying, riding in a car, etc. Any healthy person, regardless of age, can walk on a twelve inch plank if it is laying flat on the ground. Raise it up one foot into the air, and most people can still walk on it. Raise it up ten feet in the air and most people cannot walk on it. Raise it up 100 feet in the air and it will be hard to find a person willing to walk on it. Did the size of the plank change? No! But the Spirit of Fear grips the person and makes him lose control over his balance.

ONLY JESUS CAN DELIVER US FROM THE SPIRIT OF FEAR!

1. Understand now what Jesus said, when he said My peace I give unto you. . . . John 14:23-27.

2. Establish this once and for all, God does not place a spirit of Fear in a believer in Christ. 2Timothy 1:6-8. When fear attacks, recognize it, deal with it, and refuse to accept it.  Hebrews 1:13-14. Stand on the Word of God! Revelation 12:11.

3. Perfect love casts out all fear. Forgive, release and forget! 1 John 4:17-21.

4. Recite Psalm 23 until it is a part of your soul and spirit.
