WHAT IS THE CORRECT CHRISTIAN DOCTRINE?
In order to know and discern false doctrine, every saved person must first know what correct doctrine is as presented in the Bible. Let’s take a look at the very basic beliefs of Christianity.
GOD IS THE CREATOR
- God is the creator; there is no such thing as evolution and there are no other deities out there in space. Genesis 1:1-25; Isaiah 45:20-22; 46:9-11
- God is one yet three at the same time. There is God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Ghost. When Jesus was walking on earth in the form of a man, the Father was in heaven and the Holy Ghost was the link between them. John 6:35-40; 16:1-16
- God has always existed; he is not a created being. Deuteronomy 33:26-27; Romans 1:20; I Timothy 1:17; Hebrews 13:8
- God is the source of all power (energy). Hebrews 1:1-3
