THE PRESSURE IS INCREASING ON HUMANS
When God called me into the ministry and I surrendered
to him on April 16, 1967, it was with great joy and expectation that I
looked forward to serve God in full-time ministry for the rest of my life
on this earth. If I would have known then how things would be in 2005, I
might have backed out and told God to call someone else. However, God
warned me and gave the following prophecy to my wife and myself. Here is
the prophecy, given by a man in Sweden we had never met and who is now
with the Lord:
“Behold, I, Jesus, am the Bright Morning Star who
shall guide you and give you light on your path through my own Word.
Behold, on my hands have I written your names, and I shall lead you on my
own path, says the Lord. You shall surely encounter difficulties and
dangerous passes. But then you shall remember that it is I who is sending
you and no human being. And where I am every gate shall be opened and
every difficulty shall be overcome in the power of my name and in the
power of my atonement at Calvary, says the Lord, your Redeemer.”
38 years later I can testify that the prophecy has been
fulfilled more times than I can remember and the road God has for me is
almost as hard as the road God had for the prophet Isaiah.
HOW THE PRESSURE IS INCREASING
As I have paused and reflected upon events, it stands
out like something written in fire, the spiritual pressure from the
kingdom of Satan is now greater than I have ever felt before. Jesus warned
us about this:
-
Deception,
False Christ’s, Wars and Persecution.
-
Pressure will
come not only from the outside but also from inside the family.
-
Offense &
Betrayal, False Prophets, and an increase of Lawlessness with the end
result that many Christians will lose their love for God and His Church.
-
Great fear and
anxiety will fall upon people.
-
Selfishness
with all its ugly attributes will infect the human race.
WHAT SHOULD CHRISTIANS DO IN TIMES
LIKE THESE?
-
Know first of
all whom we are fighting – the Devil.
-
Secondly, we
are not fighting humans, but evil spirits.
-
Only by abiding
in Christ can we survive and be victorious!
-
There must be
repentance in our lives.
JESUS PROMISED THAT IF WE MAKE A
DECISION TO ENDURE, HE WILL SAVE US FROM EVIL.
