HURRICANE KATRINA – GOD’S JUDGMENT?

A Message From John S. Torell

I began writing this message on August 31, 2005. It is only a few days since the Hurricane Katrina struck the Gulf Coast in the United States. Warnings about this “monster” hurricane had been issued on television and radio several days ahead, and I remember last Sunday, August 28, that people spoke about it in our church and wanted to pray for the protection of the people in its path. This was a huge weather system covering a large portion of the Mexican Gulf and the weather people who were tracking the hurricane knew that once it hit land, much damage would be done, although, no one could foresee just how much devastation it would do and is still doing through flooding. Let me share with you the message that the Holy Spirit is laying upon my heart: THIS WAS NOT A FREAK STORM, IT WAS GOD’S JUDGMENT ON AMERICA.

If you are not a Christian, or, if you are a liberal Christian feeding on the NIV and hooked on the purpose driven life by Rick Warren, or you are a follower of the prosperity message preached by Kenneth Copeland and the so-called “Faith Preachers,” you will not understand this message, instead it will make you angry. But regardless of what you think, here is what the Bible says about God and his judgments.

It is God, not Satan who is in control of the weather on this planet; He has four powerful angels, who are controlling the weather. Some forty years ago, when the first satellites were sent up to monitor the winds of the earth, the scientists found that all winds blowing on the earth have their beginning at four different points in the atmosphere. By stationing satellites over these points, long term prognosis of weather is now possible.

God told us some 1,900 years ago in the Bible that this is so. Here are the verses:

And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree. And I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the seal of the living God: and he cried with a loud voice to the four angels, to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea, Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads. Revelation 7:1-3

GOD HAS BEEN WARNING AMERICA
For a number of years God has been sending in selective judgments all over the United States, because of the sins committed by the American people. Earthquakes in different places, the eruption of the Mount St. Helens volcano in the State of Washington, massive forest fires, drought, powerful tornadoes, hurricanes, and floods. Did these catastrophic events of nature cause the American people to repent? The answer is no. Since the Christian leadership at large simply ignored these events and explained them as events caused by “mother nature,” why and how could people repent? By the way, there is no “mother nature,” but a living God who is in charge of His creation.

THIS IS THE FIRST ROUND OF JUDGMENT OF THIS MAGNITUDE
This is the largest catastrophic event to hit the United States. As events unfold before our eyes, it is clear that neither the United States government, nor the State and local governments were prepared to handle such a disaster. Having to move hundreds of thousands of people out of New Orleans in a short time, since the whole city has to be evacuated, has turned into a nightmare. Our political leaders did not anticipate that criminal elements would not only loot, but arm themselves and attack the rescue workers. Now armed troops are being mobilized to send into this “war zone.” In the meantime people are dying in the hospitals and on the rooftops. This will increase the frustration among the masses of people who are stranded in the city and around it with no water and no food. They will turn into an ugly mob, taking out their anger and fear on the people coming to try and rescue them. When buses finally do arrive, there will be a stampede to get a seat, and all civility will brake down as people force themselves onto the rescue vehicles. Again, the sinful nature of man is coming out with the deadly outcome of death and destruction.

In the meantime God and His holy angels are watching to see if the preachers in America are getting stirred up and calling for repentance. If this does not happen, God is going to send in round two in order to force America to its knees and to recognize that there is a living God and we need to humble ourselves before Him and ask Him to forgive us for our sins and then turn from our wicked ways. God has told us in the Bible, how He wants it done:

If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. Now mine eyes shall be open, and mine ears attend unto the prayer that is made in this place. 2 Chronicles 7:14-15

With American troops in Iraq, Afghanistan, Korea and many other places, there are few reserves left in the United States. With all resources now flowing to the stricken Gulf Coast Area, there is nothing left if another disaster should hit our nation. God might send a massive earthquake to shake the Western part of the United States, which would send our nation into a financial tailspin.

THE CURRENT WORLD CIVILIZATION IS BUILT UPON OIL
With some ten American refineries out of order on the Gulf Coast, it does not matter if more crude oil is brought into the nation; it cannot be processed until these refineries are repaired and brought back on line. Furthermore, two major fuel pipelines from Texas and Louisiana are currently down, which means that the Eastern Seaboard of the United States is going to run short of gasoline. Without gasoline, people cannot go to work, goods are not going to be transported, and food supplies will not reach the stores.

The result will be higher gasoline prices, rising every day; food prices will increase; all commodities sold in stores will be more expensive; automobile sales will tumble. This will mean lay offs in the retail industry and the automotive sector, with the loss of consumer buying, which in turn will mean more lay offs. It will also cause the housing boom to turn into a bust, and new construction will either be halted or not started at all. Thus, the mighty American economy is being brought down.

AMERICA IS THE ECONOMIC ENGINE OF THE WORLD
People living in other nations in the world must come to understand that the American economy is the engine that is driving the economy of the entire world. When America went into the great depression in 1929, it dragged the whole world with it, and that was before there was a global economy. The effect of the Hurricane Katrina is going to affect every household in the world; it is just a matter of time before the effects will be felt in the different nations.

IS THE UNITED STATES THE GREAT BABYLON?
In the Book of Revelation, chapter 18, God gives us a description of the destruction of a system, from which the entire world was fed. Does this fit America? To my sadness I must say that it is a very close description of the United States. Designs of clothing, music, entertainment, motion pictures, pornography, life style, food and eating habits, soda drinks, drugs and the list can go on and on of which the United States sets the trends in the world and the rest of the nations are feeding at the American “pig trough,” where filthy sleezy waitresses like Brittney Speers, Madonna etc. are serving up the slop on the plates. No less influence are the male waiters like the pedophile Michael Jackson, adulterer Tom Cruise and many more.

Not only is the United States serving all these sinful products, but our nation is also the biggest exporter of false doctrine and blasphemous religious sects. America has exported the Jehovah’s Witness sect, Mormonism, Alcoholics Anonymous (AA), Armstrongism, the prosperity Gospel (Hagin, Copeland, Price,etc.), the New Age Gospel by Robert Schuller, the new version of New Age called “the Purpose Driven Life” by Rick Warren, and not to forget the cult of Benny Hinn and his cronies, Paul and Jane Crouch of the TBN television network.

There are hundreds and hundreds of other smaller groups, like Bob George with his teaching that a Christian does not need to repent after he has once been saved and the terrible false teacher, Harold Camping, the “potentate and dictator” of Family Radio.

Here is a description from the Bible:

And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory. And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird. For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies. And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities. Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto her double according to her works: in the cup which she hath filled ,fill to her double. How much she hath glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her: for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow. Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is the Lord God who judgeth her. And the kings of the earth, who have committed fornication and lived deliciously with her, shall bewail her, and lament for her, when they shall see the smoke of her burning, Standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas, that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy judgment come. And the merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her; for no man buyeth their merchandise any more: The merchandise of gold, and silver, and precious stones, and of pearls, and fine linen, and purple, and silk, and scarlet, and all thyne wood, and all manner vessels of ivory, and all manner vessels of most precious wood, and of brass, and iron, and marble, And cinnamon, and odours, and ointments, and frankincense, and wine, and oil, and fine flour, and wheat, and beasts, and sheep, and horses, and chariots, and slaves, and souls of men.

And the fruits that thy soul lusted after are departed from thee, and all things which were dainty and goodly are departed from thee, and thou shalt find them no more at all. The merchants of these things, which were made rich by her, shall stand afar off for the fear of her torment, weeping and wailing, And saying, Alas, alas, that great city, that was clothed in fine linen, and purple, and scarlet, and decked with gold, and precious stones, and pearls! For in one hour so great riches is come to nought. And every shipmaster, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as trade by sea, stood afar off, And cried when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, What city is like unto this great city! And they cast dust on their heads, and cried, weeping and wailing, saying, Alas, alas, that great city, wherein were made rich all that had ships in the sea by reason of her costliness! for in one hour is she made desolate. Rejoice over her, thou heaven, and ye holy apostles and prophets; for God hath avenged you on her. Revelation 18:1-20

The Bible tells us that this financial/industrial system called Babylon shall be destroyed in one hour. But is it possible that this hour is not the same that man calls an hour, but an hour in God’s time? The apostle Peter was given insight from the Holy Spirit about the difference in time measuring between God and man. Look at these verses:

But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. 2 Peter 3:8-9

If we use this information from the Holy Spirit, we can mathematically calculate the following conversion table:

• One hour for God is 41.67 years for man

• One minute for God is 8 months and 8 days for man

• One second for God is 3 days and 22 hours for man

If the hour in this passage of the Book of Revelation is based upon the conversion table given to the apostle Peter, then the judgment of Babylon will span a time period of 41.67 years in man’s time.

WHY DID GOD SELECT THE GULF COAST REGION?
I will share the following five reasons for the judgment on this region of the United States.

1. The states of Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama are part of the so-called “Bible Belt” of this nation. It has thousands of evangelical churches, from Baptist to Pentecostal churches. But the fire that once burned bright in these churches has diminished, and most pastors and deacons in the Baptist churches are members in Masonic Lodges. Even the Pentecostal churches have been infiltrated by the Freemasons. God told the prophet Ezekiel and the apostle Peter that judgment would begin at the house of God!

   He cried also in mine ears with a loud voice, saying, Cause them that have charge over the city to draw near, even every man with his destroying weapon in his hand. And, behold, six men came from the way of the higher gate, which lieth toward the north, and every man a slaughter weapon in his hand; and one man among them was clothed with linen, with a writer's inkhorn by his side: and they went in, and stood beside the brasen altar. And the glory of the God of Israel was gone up from the cherub, whereupon he was, to the threshold of the house. And he called to the man clothed with linen, which had the writer's inkhorn by his side; And the LORD said unto him, Go through the midst of the city, through the midst of Jerusalem, and set a mark upon the foreheads of the men that sigh and that cry for all the abominations that be done in the midst thereof. And to the others he said in mine hearing, Go ye after him through the city, and smite: let not your eye spare, neither have ye pity: Slay utterly old and young, both maids, and little children, and women: but come not near any man upon whom is the mark; and begin at my sanctuary. Then they began at the ancient men which were before the house. And he said unto them, Defile the house, and fill the courts with the slain: go ye forth. And they went forth, and slew in the city. Ezekiel 9:1-7
   
   For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God? 1 Peter 4:17

2. Louisiana is the home of people known as Creoles. These are descendants from French settlers, who relocated from Canada in the late 1700s. They mixed with black slaves and developed a mixed religion of the Roman Catholic faith and African witchcraft. It is close to what most people know as “Voodoo.” Thus, this pagan religion in Louisiana has become a stronghold of witchcraft, and at the time of the Mardi Grass parades it can be seen in the idol figures on the floats. This religion has a very strong hold on its devotees and it is passed on from generation to generation. Here is what God says about this type of idol worship:

   When thou art come into the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not learn to do after the abominations of those nations. There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch, Or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For all that do these things are an abomination unto the LORD: and because of these abominations the LORD thy God doth drive them out from before thee. Thou shalt be perfect with the LORD thy God. Deuteronomy 18:9-13
   
   Thou shalt not suffer a witch to live. Exodus 22:18

3. The city of Biloxi in Mississippi was the gambling center for that state. There was a cluster of casinos on the beach front of that city, and all of them are now destroyed. A number of years ago the political leaders in Mississippi decided to increase their economy, by voting to allow gambling in the State. For a while it became a financial success putting in billions of dollars in tax revenue to the state. But gambling is a sin, which brings with it prostitution, drinking of alcohol and moral decadence in the people working in the casinos and those gambling. In a few hours God destroyed the financial scheme of the Devil and his human servants.
    

4. The three states hit hard by the hurricane in the southern region of the United States, is the center for oil production with oil platforms in the Gulf of Mexico and ten large refineries. Two major pipeliness for petroleum products coming all the way from Texas are routed through the Gulf Region. More petroleum products are then picked up from the Gulf region. These pipeliness feed the Eastern Seaboard all the way up to the Boston area. This infrastructure in Louisiana and Mississippi was severely damaged, and is causing major economic distress to the entire nation. Thus the pleasure of having cheap gasoline is over, and it will impact every American, regardless of where he lives in the nation. This is an economic judgment.
    

5. THE CITY OF NEW ORLEANS has been a stench in God’s nostrils for many years. It is nicknamed “Big Easy,” referring to its life of sin and debauchery. Bourbon Street in the French Quarter is known for its whores, bars, homosexuals, drag queens, drugs and every type of sexual perversion. Its yearly Mardi Gras Carnival flaunting sin to its maximum level mocks God every year, just before the period of celebrating the resurrection of Jesus Christ by His church. The city was also a large center for homosexuals, just like the city of San Francisco on the West coast of the United States.

Some 4,000 years ago the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah had sunk to the bottom with sin and immorality. There came a time when God said that the time of mercy was up and judgment was to come. The angels could not find 10 righteous men in Sodom, and once they had extracted Lot and his family, the fire fell from heaven and killed all the people living in the cities and the surrounding area. Genesis chapters 18 and 19

New Orleans has been judged; San Francisco, New York, Los Angeles and Las Vegas are next in line to be destroyed by God’s holy angels.

IS GOD NOT A GOD OF LOVE?
Yes, indeed God is a God of love and mercy. But there will come a time, when the grace and mercy from God is over, and then there will be nothing but judgment and a terrible ending for people who rejected the love of God and His Son Jesus Christ who died on the cross for our sins. Right now people can be saved and born again, but they have to repent from their sins and turn to God and walk with him. Most churches in 2005 are what is called “seeker friendly,” geared to bring in the masses of people, making them feel good and offer all kinds of activities. Jesus is presented as some kind of “ATM” machine, which will save you and meet all of your personal desires, but there is no message of repentance, responsibility, living a holy life and taking up the cross in daily life.

As preachers of God we must also tell the people that there will be a time when God is “fed up with the sins of the people” and he will send judgment. Look at these Bible verses:

And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart. And the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them. But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD. These are the generations of Noah: Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked with God. And Noah begat three sons, Shem, Ham, and Japheth. The earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence. And God looked upon the earth, and, behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted his way upon the earth. And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth. Genesis 6:5-13

On our television screens this week we have seen people cry out for food and water and wave from roof tops hoping to be rescued. We have seen wheelchairs rolled up to the wall of a house with a dead person sitting in it; we have seen corpses on the ground or floating in the water. We have seen the great sadness in the eyes of children, pleading for someone to help them, or the listless bodies of small babies as they are dying in the arms of their mothers. It brought tears to our eyes and we said “How can this happen in the United States, the most powerful nation in the world?” But we saw it happen, and we have now understood that our power is limited. Hundreds of thousands of people are now homeless. They have lost their dwelling places, their jobs, belongings, and they have nothing except the clothing on their bodies. They have no money, they are truly destitute and refugees. Never since the Civil War and the Indian wars have we had destitute people like this. Giving cash and helping out is nice, but it is not the real solution. God is angry with us and he will not allow us to rebuild and go on like before. There must be repentance in the nation!

God is now speaking, and asking, “Are you now as a nation going to repent and recognize your sin, or DO I HAVE TO DESTROY MORE AND MORE OF YOUR NATION UNTIL YOU ARE NO MORE?”

The burden is now upon every Gospel preacher in the nation and upon every truly born again Christian. Repentance must begin in the house of the Lord, with each one of us. If the church as a whole does not respond, the judgments will continue until we are destroyed as a nation.

THE WORST IS YET TO COME!
It is terrible to lose your life on the earth, but it is worse to lose the chance to live in heaven after death. All people will eventually die; you cannot live forever on the earth. And when you die, you will either be taken to heaven or hell. Someday in the future, all unsaved people will be taken to the Great White Throne Judgment where the unsaved people will be sentenced to the Lake of Fire for eternal punishment, which will never cease.

If you have seen people wail and cry at the Super Dome or the Convention Center in New Orleans, that is nothing compared to the wailing and gnashing of teeth at this judgment seat, when the masses of people who have lived on earth realize that there is no more mercy for them, no one to intercede for them, not even Jesus, but grim angels of God will cast them into the Lake of Fire where their pain will never cease. No water, no food, nothing of comfort, only a cruel eternity of pain worse than hellfire.

We saw the people curse the politicians and federal officials in New Orleans and call them terrible names, because they had not been able to bring them food or water and rescue them from their dire situation. In the Lake of Fire, the people will be cursing the so-called Gospel preachers day and night, who preached everything but repentance to them. They are going to curse them and tell them that it is their fault that they are now forever lost. I believe that many Gospel preachers are not saved themselves, and they will not only burn in the Lake of Fire, but they will forever hear the curses of the damned, laying the blame for their torment on them.

And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever. And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. Revelation 20:10-15

ARE YOU BORN AGAIN?
This is the most important question I can ask you, “Do you know where you are going to spend Eternity?” There are millions of people going to hell and they don't even know it. You might have some questions regarding Christianity and what it is exactly that makes a person a Christian. How does a person get to heaven? Does God have a standard; and if He does, what is it? Your future in eternity will depend on the decision you make! Please take the time to read God's plan of salvation; it will be the most important decision you will ever make!

Acknowledge you are a sinner who needs to be saved and that you cannot save yourself.

Romans 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.

Romans 5:8 But God commends his love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death: but the gift of God is eternal life, through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Ephesians 2:8-10 For by grace are you saved, through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not by works lest any man should boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to good works, which God has before ordained that we should walk in them.

Believe that God loves you and desires to forgive you, believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and that He is the only way to heaven.

John 3:16-17 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Romans 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

II Chronicles 7:14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

Ephesians 4:32 And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.

Confess and repent to God of your sins, tell Him that you are sorry and want to be forgiven.

I John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Romans 10:9-13 That if you shall confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you shall be saved. For with the heart man believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the scripture says, Whosoever believes on him shall not be ashamed. For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

If you read this and realize that you are hopelessly lost, that there is nothing you can do to earn your way into heaven, all that remains to do is to ask God to save you. If you ask, God will answer!

Dear Lord Jesus, forgive me of my sins, cleanse my heart of all sin and wickedness, come in to my life and be my Lord and Savior. I believe you shed your precious blood on the cross; you died and rose again on the third day for me. Save me Jesus, I know I can't save myself. Thank you for giving me eternal life and a place in heaven with you. Amen.

Remember this, what Jesus has done in the past; He will do in the future. If you call out to Him, He will answer you. What He will do for one person, He will do for another. God is not a respecter of persons and He doesn't show favoritism. He will help anybody who calls out to Him; "you can take that to the bank!"

If you just went through the ABC's of salvation and asked Jesus to save you, you are now a Christian! The Bible says in Romans 10:13, "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." Thus you are saved, not because you might feel saved, but because you have called upon God and He has saved you. Now, as a way to grow closer to Him, the Bible tells you to follow up on your commitment:

• Spend time with God each day. It does not have to be a long period of time. Just develop the daily habit of talking with Him and reading the Bible. Ask God to increase your faith and your understanding of the Bible.

• Find a local church where you can worship God and seek fellowship with other Christians to answer your questions and support you. Be sure they use a King James Bible if you live in an English speaking country and that the Pastor teaches from the Bible.

• Also, don't forget to share your new faith in Jesus with someone else.

POSTNOTE: THE ABANDONMENT OF SETTLEMENTS GAZA AND THE WEST BANK
The segment of the Christians in America who call themselves “Christian Zionists” do not believe that the sins of people in America caused these judgments, but that our support of the political state of Israel will determine if God is going to bless America or punish it.

When the Israeli government made the decision earlier this year to pull out of Gaza and pull some settlers from four settlements in the West Bank, the Zionist leadership mobilized its so-called “Christian” support base in the United States to put pressure on the American government to stop the Gaza Pullout. Scare tactics were used; if the president of the United States would allow this, America would feel the wrath of God. National Christian leaders went on their television programs warning their audiences about this terrible undertaking, to give up land in Palestine and give it back to the Palestinians. The Internet is filled with hysterical writings from Christians who have been duped into believing that the political state of Israel is the work of God and must be protected. If they really believe that the State of Israel is the work of God, is not God able to handle His project, or must He be helped by the believers in America?

The truth is that the political state of Israel is the work of ungodly Jews, who has created this state through deception, murder and oppression of not only the Palestinian people, but the sacrifice and murder of millions of Jewish people. It might come as a shock to many Christians to read this, but over the years I have researched the Zionist movement from its beginning in the late 1880's to what it is today, uncovering facts from their own records, it is the most devastating reading existing today. Zionism is man’s effort to play God and try to fulfill biblical prophecies in the flesh.

If you believe in the Bible, here is what God himself has said about the people of Israel and the land of Canaan:

And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the LORD thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth: And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God. Deuteronomy 28:1-2

And thou shalt not go aside from any of the words which I command thee this day, to the right hand, or to the left, to go after other gods to serve them. But it shall come to pass, if thou wilt not hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe to do all his commandments and his statutes which I command thee this day; that all these curses shall come upon thee, and overtake thee: . . . Deuteronomy 28:14-15

And ye shall be left few in number, whereas ye were as the stars of heaven for multitude; because thou wouldest not obey e the voice of the LORD thy God. And it shall come to pass, that as the LORD rejoiced over you to do you good, and to multiply you; so the LORD will rejoice over you to destroy you, and to bring you to nought; and ye shall be plucked from off the land whither thou goest to possess it. And the LORD shall scatter thee among all people, from the one end of the earth even unto the other; and there thou shalt serve other gods, which neither thou nor thy fathers have known, even wood and stone. And among these nations shalt thou find no ease, neither shall the sole of thy foot have rest: but the LORD shall give thee there a trembling heart, and failing of eyes, and sorrow of mind: And thy life shall hang in doubt before thee; and thou shalt fear day and night, and shalt have none assurance of thy life: In the morning thou shalt say, Would God it were even! and at even thou shalt say, Would God it were morning! for the fear of thine heart wherewith thou shalt fear, and for the sight of thine eyes which thou shalt see. And the LORD shall bring thee into Egypt again with ships, by the way whereof I spake unto thee, Thou shalt see it no more again: and there ye shall be sold unto your enemies for bondmen and bondwomen, and no man shall buy you. Deuteronomy 28:62-68

Furthermore, all unsaved Jewish people are cursed by God, and whosoever aids and abets them will themselves become cursed. Read what the Jewish apostle Paul says about this:

For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them. Galatians 3:10

THERE IS NO CURSE FOR CHRISTIANS WHO ARE NOT SUPPORTING THE POLITICAL STATE OF ISRAEL.

THERE IS A CURSE UPON THOSE CHRISTIANS WHO ARE TRYING TO SHORE UP THE ZIONISTIC STATE OF ISRAEL.
